To place an order, please complete the following steps:

1. Add Products to the Shopping Cart


On our product page, you can select the country for which you would like to order a product. Once you have decided on a tariff or product category, you can click on ‘Add to basket’ for the corresponding product.




2. check shopping cart



Once you have placed all the products you want in the shopping cart, you can also check and manage them from there (change quantity or remove products).




3. Login/Register


Please log in to your existing tolltickets customer account, or create a new customer account (only if you have not already logged in!)


 


4. shipping address and shipping method


Now, please enter the shipping address and the shipping method.



5. Invoice address, AVD membership


Now you can enter the invoice address. 



If you are a member of AVD, you can enter your AVD membership number in this step to receive discounted rates for selected products.







6. Configure product (assign vehicle)


The product must now be configured. To do this, please link it to the desired licence plate number.



7. Payment


You can now select the payment method, tick the necessary boxes (GTC, etc.) and complete your order.




8. Order confirmation


As soon as you click on "Continue" from the order overview, you will be asked to enter the payment method you selected during the order process and to authorise the automatic debit. As soon as you have successfully done this, you will be taken to step 6 of 6 and shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation email to the email address stored in your customer account. The order will also be listed in your customer account under "Orders":



The ordering process for our devices may seem a little complicated at first glance, but in addition to your address and payment details, we also need information about your vehicle.

If you are unable to link a vehicle to the desired box during the ordering process, this may either be because the device is not suitable for your vehicle or because we are still missing vehicle data. 


Please always enter the correct data. This is essential for the proper functioning of our devices.
