To change your password by yourself, go to "Change password" after logging into your customer account.
After you have entered your old password into the first field, please enter your new password in the middle and bottom fields.
(In the first line, please always use the password you last used to log into your account).
Then click on "Save new password" at the very bottom.
After indicating the desired new password, you will receive a 6-digit-Code by email:
Please indicate this code and click on "continue".
As soon as the following message appears, the update of your password was successful:
