The following applies in all countries:
Never reverse out of the lane you have driven into!!!!
As the toll systems in the various countries differ significantly, we would ask you to proceed individually depending on the country you are travelling in when there is a problem at the toll station even though you own a toll box for the country in question:
Italy, Scandinavia and Portugal
(Press the button at the toll station and) Tell the staff that you have a toll box - The staff will open the barrier and let you pass. When you leave the toll booth, a photo of your license plate is taken. As your license plate number is linked to the toll box, your license plate number is registered accordingly by the toll operator who can then match the transaction to your toll device.
To check whether the device has a defect or whether the windscreen is coated, please proceed as follows at the next toll stations:
Hold the box steadily out of the side window starting 100 m before passing the toll station until the moment of passing the toll station - The device's side with the holder must face the toll station.
If the toll box works when you hold it out of the side window, we are quite sure that your windscreen disrupts the communication between toll box and toll station.

France and Spain
At the entrance toll station:
Please draw a ticket.
At the exit toll station:
You must select a lane for manual payment with staff. Hand over the ticket and the device to the staff member at the toll station or use the intercom. The toll amount is then settled via tolltickets. If there is no staff at the toll station, pay the ticket manually. Please be sure to keep all receipts.
Remove the device from the holder and hand it over to the staff at the toll booth.
