Within Germany

For normal shipping without special services, we calculate a delivery time of 1 - 3 working days within Germany.

EU, islands and EU third countries

Within the EU we calculate 4 - 9 working days - for deliveries to islands (also within the EU) usually considerably more. Deliveries to non-EU countries - including Switzerland and Great Britain - may be significantly delayed due to customs measures.

Delays in delivery

Please take into account delays delivery during the pre-Christmas and post-Christmas period (the whole of December and January) as well as other influences. You will find detailed information on the website of the Deutsche Post or the website of the national post office of the country of delivery (if different).
