The contract ends automatically upon receipt of your return shipment at our premises. You will be informed of this by separate email.

IMPORTANT: Invoices for toll transactions transmitted to us after the return of your toll box will be issued after the end of the contract in accordance with the General Conditions of Business.

Please note that the return envelope must be sufficiently stamped and labelled by you. In principle, we recommend sending it by registered mail (/insured shipping with tracking), as the customer is liable for the blocking fee in the event of loss by post, the amount of which depending on the confirmed price list. 

Should your return shipment require a customs declaration form, please state the correct goods value (EUR 8.00 per toll device).

Please use a bubble envelope for the return shipment or pack the toll box shockproof in an alternative outer packaging. The return label previously enclosed with the original shipment applies only to simplify addressing.
