When ordering via the Alexa Skill


It is not possible to conclude a short-term contract via the Alexa-Skill

 


On collection from one of our Pick-Up Stations (If none of the other price lists apply)


  • Daily €1.75 access fee starting on the first day of use, but no later than 14 days after collection (even if you don't use the box) - charged until we receive your return, or for a maximum of 28 days
  • Toll transactions
  • No shipping costs

Example


If, for example, you order one of our toll devices in the short-term version without special conditions, the following costs will incur:



1. Upon dispatch:


  • € 4.50 shipping and packaging costs + special services such as the express or registered mail option, if selected).
  • € 5 activation fee



2. on the date of settlement (1 - 2 times a month) (More info on the settlement/billing frequency can be found here).


Example:


Your device is dispatched on Monday, you use it for the first time during your departure on Friday and thus generate transactions with the device for the first time on this day -> The access fee is charged from this day on.


You return home on Sunday evening and send the device from Germany back to our location, whereby the device arrives at our premises again on Wednesday, for example.


  • In our example, the acces fee is charged continuously from Friday to Tuesday (5 x € 1.75= € 8.75 access fee) - even if you only used the unit on Friday and Sunday!
  • Tolls recorded during your journey (e.g. € 70.00)



Please Note: Transactions are not transmitted to us in real time by the toll operator: Your toll transactions and the corresponding toll service fee may not be charged until the next date of settlement or, in the event of delays in the transmission of tolls by the toll operator, settlement after!



3. exactly 12 months after dispatch, if you have not returned the toll box by the end of this first contract year and the contract has therefore not been ended:


  • The contract automatically converts into a long-term contract the annual fee of € 35.00 is automatically charged. From this point onwards, the conditions of the long-term contract apply.



4. return shipment


  • According to our general terms and conditions and price lists, the customer is responsible for the return shipment. Of course, it is up to you which shipping method you would like to choose, but we recommend insured shipping with tracking since the customer must pay for the loss of the return shipment during return shipment, as can also be seen from our General Terms and Conditions.
