To place an order, please take the following steps:

1. Add products to the shopping cart

On our product page you can choose the country for which you want to order a product. If you have decided on a tariff or a product category, you can click on "Add to cart" for the corresponding product.

2. Check shopping cart

Once you have placed all the desired products in the shopping cart, you can also check and manage them from there (change quantity or remove products)

3. desired shipping date

As soon as you click on "Checkout" in the shopping cart, you can choose whether you want your toll box to be sent to you or whether you want to pick it up yourself at one of our pickup stations. You also need to select the shipping or pickup date here and - if you have chosen to pick it up yourself - the pickup station you would like to pick up the box from.

4. step 1 of 7

In "Step 1 of 7" during the order process you have to log in to your existing account or create a new customer account (Only if you are not already logged in!).

5. step 2 of 7

During step 2 of 7 you have to link each box from your shopping cart to a vehicle license plate. If you have problems with this, you can find more information by clicking here. Once each box is linked to a license plate and you have accepted the price list for the toll product you want, you can click "Continue".

6. step 3 of 7

Before you can manage your address and contact details in the next step, you have to select a product-dependent payment method. Please choose one and click on "Continue".

The addresses that you have stored in your customer account under "My Data" are automatically entered here.

8. step 4 of 6

Step 4 of 6 is the summary of your order. You can also select one of our special shipping services here. If you find incorrect information here, please click "Back" in the order process.. 

9. step 5 of 6

As soon as you click on "Continue" from the order overview, you will be asked to lodge your payment method previously selected in the order process and to lodge the authorization for automatic debiting. As soon as you have done this successfully, you will be taken to step 6 of 6 and shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have lodged in your customer account. Furthermore, the order is now listed in your customer account under "Orders".

The order process for our devices may seem a little complicated at first glance, but in addition to your address and payment data, we also need information about your vehicle.

Should you not be able to link a vehicle for the desired box during the order process, this can either be due to the fact that the device is not suitable for your vehicle or that we are still missing vehicle data. 

Please always provide correct data. This is essential for the proper functioning of our devices.
