Selection in the order process
You can select the additional express delivery or registered mail option a few steps later during the order process.
Delivery time
- Registered mail option
No faster delivery is guaranteed! - Occasionally, the post office takes longer for items sent by registered mail than with normal postal delivery .
UPS express delivery option
Generally, UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays; only on Mondays to Fridays.
- Within Germany: all-day delivery, usually one day after dispatch.
- Within the EU: delivery usually on the next working day (after dispatch of tolltickets), otherwise 2-4 working days.
- Outside the EU: As deliveries outside the EU are often affected by customs measures, we cannot give an indication of how long shipping / delivery will take.
Parcel station / Packstation and receiving delivery
As express delivery by UPS as well as registered mail must be accepted in person, delivery to a parcel station is unfortunately not possible.
For both options, the delivery service requires a signature from the recipient or at least a personal delivery must be made. Please include this in the arrival time of your parcel. If no one can be reached on site, the delivery service will keep the parcel and occasionally collection from the UPS/postal office in question will not be possible until a few days later.
Refund of special services
In the event of a cancellation of an order within the appropriate time manner of 14 days after dispatch of the relevant order, we will of course refund the usual shipping costs.
According to our general terms and conditions of business, we do not refund special services such as express shipping or registered mail.
Shipment tracking
For both express delivery and registered mail, you will receive a tracking number with our dispatch confirmation.
