Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch from a pay-as-you-go contract to a Frequent Traveller contract. 

We ask for your understanding that we can not convert contracts after receipt of the order. 

If you wish to switch between the contracts we unfortunately have to ask you to return the toll box in order to terminate the contract and place a corresponding new order via our website.
