The conversion from a short-term to a long-term contract takes place automatically if you do not return your short term toll box within one year after dispatch.


We ask for your understanding that we cannot change contracts after they have been dispatched. If you would like to change your contract before it has been dispatched, please contact our support team at least one working day before the date of dispatch chosen by you.


After the period in which the access fee is charged (28 days after the first use or 42 days after dispatch at the latest), the use of a box within a short-term contract is free-of-charge for you in addition to the toll transactions until the end of the first contract year!
