If you find a transaction called "TLPC" on page 2 of your invoice for France, this means that an entry station could not be identified during your trip. Instead, you drew a ticket at the entry station in France.

Please contact us with the reference to a TLPC transaction and the corresponding invoice number. Furthermore, we need a photo/scan of the ticket you have drawn and information about both the entry and exit station of the route in question.
