As we informed you in a previous email, AutoPass boxes can no longer be used due to technical changes. We therefore ask you to return this device to us.
The return envelope must be sufficiently stamped by you. In principle, we recommend sending it by registered mail (/insured shipping with tracking).

Use a padded envelope for the return shipment or pack the toll box securely in alternative packaging to protect it from impact. The return label included with the original shipment is only intended to simplify addressing.
If your return shipment requires a customs declaration, please state the correct value of the goods (EUR 8.00 per toll box). Furthermore, please indicate “returned goods/returned merchandise” on the customs document.
Please note that this does not refer to the Scandinavian toll box—these are different products.
If you no longer have your AutoPass box, you can report it as lost in your customer account. Further information can be found here.
