For existing customers who already own the Camper toll box, the following applies:

Motorhomes are categorised by weight, depending on whether they are over or under 3.5 tonnes. The toll box for motorhomes from tolltickets is designed exclusively for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes.

The tolltickets toll box is based on an electronic device – known as an OBU (On-Board Unit) – which is mounted on the windscreen of your motorhome. This box connects automatically to the toll systems of the respective countries. You use the dedicated electronic toll lanes, and the amount is debited directly from your customer account – without having to stop or take out your credit card.

The toll box can be used in the following countries:

France

Italy

Spain

Portugal

Austria

Norway

Øresund Bridge (Denmark/Sweden)

Storebæltbrücke   (Denmark)

Liefkenshoek Tunnel (Belgium)

Herrentunnel (Germany)

Warnow Tunnel (Germany)

To avoid problems at toll stations, you should check in advance which lane is suitable for your motorhome. Not every lane is authorised for vehicles with greater height or a higher maximum authorised mass.

Power connection required

To ensure the motorhome toll box works reliably, it must be permanently connected to a power source.

Option A – Plug-and-play: Simply connect the box to your motorhome’s cigarette lighter socket using the cable supplied. This is the quickest and easiest way to get started.

Option B – Fixed wiring: A permanent installation by a specialist fitter is recommended. This option ensures a continuous power supply and prevents the box from being accidentally disconnected whilst driving.

Without an external power supply, a fully charged OBU will operate for around 2 to 3 hours. To avoid any interruptions during your journeys, the toll box should therefore always remain connected.
