We generally assume a battery life of approximately 5 years for our toll boxes, therefore we would ask you to please contact us 5 years after receipt. We will be happy to check the age of the toll box and arrange for its replacement if necessary. 

Please include your next departure date (the date you plan to use the toll box in question the next time) and your current delivery address in your enquiry and we can arrange for a replacement by return of post if necessary.
