During step 2 of 7 when ordering one or more toll boxes, our customers occasionally encounter difficulties. We would like to offer you a solution to the problem without the waiting time you would have to put up with when contacting our support team. Below, you can see two examples:




1. no vehicle selected / selection of a vehicle not possible



When ordering a toll box, you must always link it to the corresponding vehicle or license plate number.


To do this, tick the white box to the left of the license plate number during step 2. Once selected, this box will be depicted blue with a tick:



If none of the boxes next to your number plates are marked blue, you have not yet selected a vehicle for your toll box and it is not possible to continue with the order process.




If you want to select a license plate number with a red question mark next to it, you will need to provide more information about the vehicle. To do this, please click on "Edit..." to the right of the corresponding license plate number, enter the remaining data for the vehicle and click on "Save" at the bottom right. Please do not try to lodge the license plate number again, as a license plate cannot be lodged twice in the customer account.


If the vehicle to which you want to link the box is not listed, it has not yet been lodged in your customer account. You can add it directly under "Create new vehicle" without interrupting the order process.




2. price list not yet accepted


If you have selected a licence plate per box, but data is still missing according to the orange-background error message, please check whether you have read and accepted the price list by ticking the box to the left of the sentence "I have read and accept the current price list for the desired toll product".
