Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will, of course, initiate the refund.
ATTENTION: We do not refund special shipping services (express or registered mail) if you revoke the order after despatch and the customer is also accountable for the return shipping costs.
As soon as you have used the device and a transaction has been created or if 14 days after receipt have passed, a revocation of the order is no longer possible. Then, only a cancellation of the contract is possible as from the moment of the first toll collection or after the expiry of the cancellation period. For this purpose, the device must also be returned. Then refunding of shipping fees, activation fees, annual fees, toll service charges, or annual fee are usually no longer possible.
